Warranty & Guarantee:

There is NO warranty implied or stated due to the nature of the application.  Rather than attempt to comply with the requirements of the Magnuson-Moss Act, Advanced Induction has elected to not provide a written warranty.

What we CAN Guarantee:

We guarantee that our work itself is defect free insofar as we can ascertain through rigorous and repeated inspection and testing ("QC, Quality Control").  Your ultimate satisfaction with our work is our primary goal.  In the event you have an issue or complication we would like the opportunity to attempt to help you.  If we determine that our work is an issue, we will typically cover the expense of repair, limited to our product or work itself.  All repair is done at our discretion, and only considered when our work is sent back to us for disassembly and inspection.  No repair work on heads altered, rebuilt, or disassembled by anyone other than AI will be done at our expense.

What we CANNOT Guarantee:

We cannot guarantee horsepower numbers - dynos vary, casting potential can vary due to core shift, and ultimately we have no control over how our product is applied.  Advanced Induction is not liable for damages or injuries incurred from the use of our product, because we have no control over its installation, use, and/or suitability.

Furthermore, there are many characteristics of components that we CANNOT perform quality control (QC) on.  Our machine work is subjected to stringent in house QC.  The components utilized are also subjected to thorough dimensional QC checks.  However, we CANNOT QC aspects for individual components such as, but not limited to: material grade and proper post machining treatment - heat, cold, or coatings.  Unfortunately, the majority of component failures are caused by these type issues.  Below are specific examples:

  • Valves
  • Valve Springs
  • Valve Spring Retainers
  • Valve Locks/Keepers
  • Cylinder Head & Manifold Casting Issues (Heat Treat & Core Shift issues)

A quick clarification & personal note to potential customers:

All of that simply means that if you inadvertently provide inaccurate information, or if a component fails due to manufacturer defect, etc. that it is simply out of our control, and consequently, we cannot be held liable for resultant complications and expenses incurred.  All components are thoroughly inspected prior to use, and component failures are rare as we utilize only high end components.  This commitment has earned us a reputation for providing the highest probability of both meeting performance goals, as well as long term longevity available to the public.  In all applications, certain components are considered wear items, and must be inspected, tested, or replaced at the recommended intervals to greatly reduce the chances of component failure.
