100% CNC'd 190cc Street/Strip LT1 Cylinder Head Package

This is our budget option to port the GM LT1 head.  Suitable for guys who prefer to keep the GM head casting, need it completely re-machined to a much higher level of quality than OE or typical rebuilds, and want to gain power in the process.  No compromise is made in regard to the quality & consistency of the critical machine work or components, and this option still enjoys full QC to ensure both performance potential and reliability.  Where you save is our dialing back the outrageous pro-racing level of detail of our 200cc option to something nearer a normal high quality CNC'd head.  Of course, they're still utilizing the most proven LT designs in history.  With our extremely efficient ports this is enough head to propel a well setup daily drivers into the 11's on a budget!  Whether it's a hot strip only car, or powerful daily sleeper, this offering represents a great value.  Paired with one of our daily drivable HR cams these heads have garnered innumerable 400 rwhp+ stock short block and 430 rwhp+ / 430 rwtq 383 results.  Note:  Your heads must be casting number 10207643 or 10128374.

Labor and Component Options:
Add an Ai Billet Core Custom grind camshaft + In-House QC for $595-695 (depending on cam core/gear required)
Add an Edelbrock AirGap LT1 Intake Manifold + 58mm TB with or without porting.
Complete matching Heads / Camshaft / Valvetrain / Gaskets / Manifold / TB setup.


Recommended Usage: Stock 350 cid - 383 cid short blocks with piston relief/dish volumes of 5-16 cc.  With supporting modifications, manual stock short block F and Y bodies will typically produce 390 - 425 rwhp SAE corrected or 410 - 445 rwhp STD corrected depending on cam and valve train selection.  *Please note this head work requires your castings!
